What is your current processing time?

We are currently processing orders from 1-3 business days. This is the time that it takes to make each gift box and does not include the shipping time.

What is the shipping speed?
After our processing time, we use ship all orders via USPS 1-3 Day Priority Mail. Currently we only have one shipping speed. We cannot guarantee any USPS delivery time, only our own speed! 

What is a business day?

A business day is Monday - Friday, and excluding all holidays. 

 

Can I have a gift arrive on an exact date?
Not at this time, as we partner with shipping partners like USPS to ship all gifts. Please note, all ranges are approximate and NOT guaranteed. Note: we do not ship on weekends or holidays. 

I need to change my order shipping address
For address changes, please contact us immediately with your order number and the changes needed. If it is something we can do and the order is not yet processed or shipped, we will accommodate as best we can. If not, we may not be able to accommodate this change and we truly apologize.

My gift was not delivered and returned to sender. What happens now? 

We are more than happy to re-package it (replace the succulent if needed) and re-ship it to the correct address. There will be a minimum $10 re-shipping fee and more if any plants are damaged.

What's your cancellation/refund policy?
All sales are final from Succulent Friends Co. We issue no refunds or order cancellations. If you have feedback or issues, please let us know by emailing us at annsucculentfriends@gmail.com

 

Do you ship internationally?

Sorry, not at this time!

 

Can I ship to different addresses?
Yes, you can! When checking out, you will see the button that says "ship to multiple addresses" and from there, you can enter the different addresses for each box.
